How to improve the quality of valve castings

There are a variety of different types of valve Castings of different specifications in the market. Poor quality products will inevitably appear among them. Then, what causes the poor quality of valve castings?

For valve castings, the more important and obvious impact on quality is the raw material. If the quality of raw materials such as metal charge, fuel, and solvent is unqualified, the valve castings produced will produce pores, pinholes, cracks and other defects, which will directly affect the appearance and internal quality of valve castings, and even lead to the direct waste products produced in serious cases.

Another important factor is the operating process, i.e. the casting method. The manufacture of valve castings should formulate a reasonable process operation process, and realize the early design and later implementation of the structure, weight and specifications of valve castings according to the characteristics of raw materials and production conditions. If there is a defect in these processes, there will be a corresponding defect on the corresponding Valve Casting.
